ABOUT THE FOGC:
Friends of Greenwich Crew is a 501c3 organization that works to promote and enrich the student-athlete's team experience by providing a supportive environment through the involvement of parents and other members of the community. Parents and other supportive adults provide food and assist with the coordination of regattas and other competitive rowing events; chaperone and assist in the coordination of overnight trips, organize team banquets; provide scholarships in cases of financial need; and facilitate communication between and among student-athletes, coaches, parents, school staff, and providers of crew facilities and equipment. FOGC also works to promote the sport of rowing within the Greenwich community through community outreach and networking.
